📋 Description
• Estimate damages and review provider estimates and quotes • Recommend repair strategies to optimize interventions based on the organization’s procedures and quality standards • Support claims advisors and answer questions about damages • Make claims settlement recommendations • Audit claims and follow up on corrections to assess the quality of work completed by providers • Suggest courses of action • Travel within the Greater Sherbrooke, Drummondville, and Lac-Mégantic regions as required
🎯 Requirements
• College diploma in a related field • A minimum of three years of relevant experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Knowledge of French is required • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle • Available for travel within the Greater Sherbrooke, Drummondville, and Lac-Mégantic regions (south-central Quebec) • Action oriented • Business insight • Customer Focus • Decision quality • Differences • Nimble learning • Situational adaptability
