• Serve as a technical expert and coach to automobile appraisers in the claims–automobile appraisal department • Improve and upgrade quality assurance tools • Update and standardize claims and client experience policies • Develop and present suitable training for appraisers • Analyze and help diagnose issues • Provide opinions in accordance with the discipline’s rules • Develop recommendations and implementation plans • Develop tools, methods and processes • Update audit tools used to reduce settlement costs and evaluate how claims are handled • Review claims, identify shortcomings, prepare reports and recommendations, and advise on implementation • Help prepare and update competency plans • Help analyze and standardize the application of claims policies • Provide discipline-specific support to the unit, clients and partners • Help improve client experience, control leaks, and reduce claims costs
• Bachelor's degree in a related field • A minimum of three years of relevant experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Advanced experience in estimating • Must have a valid driver's license
