• Prepare meals in a proper and timely manner, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner • Provide food service and supervise kitchen staff • Maintain a clean kitchen and food storage areas • Prepare nutritious meals according to client scheduling, menu plans, and budget guidelines • Respond to client needs and food preferences • Follow Occupational Health and Safety regulations and Safe Food Handling/Health Unit regulations • Follow Dexterra and hospital policies and procedures • Manage inventory • Maintain accurate, signed records of meals served
🎯 Requirements
• 2 years of cooking experience • Food Handlers Certificate preferred • Ability to work in a team environment • Customer-focused and positive attitude • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 1:00pm to 9:30pm
