📋 Description
• Build and maintain Dayforce reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics solutions • Develop SQL queries to analyze, validate, and troubleshoot HR and payroll data • Support employee data migration, reconciliation, and reporting readiness for Dayforce • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to deliver workforce insights • Support testing, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization • Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting standards for business decision-making • Support Dayforce implementation, stabilization, reporting, data transformation, validation, and reconciliation
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced Dayforce reporting experience, including custom report development • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets • Experience with HR, payroll, workforce management, or HCM data • Power BI and advanced Excel expertise • Experience supporting HR technology, payroll, or HCM implementations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong stakeholder communication skills
