📋 Description

• Manage customer-specific inventory, consigned inventory, and general warehouse stock • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and customers on zero-on-hand reports, minimums, maximums, and stocking levels • Review special customer inventory requirements with sales representatives across the country • Review inventory-use and production fluctuations with sales and customers • Validate inventory databases, including adding/removing items, updating item status, and maintaining part numbers and suppliers through the ACD process • Maintain the AutoCrib vending-system inventory database and perform initial item setup • Transfer and redeploy inventory to appropriate stocking locations • Generate ad-hoc inventory reports using SQL queries • Research and execute customer vending returns • Monitor and respond to inventory helpdesk requests • Analyze warehouse and consignment velocity and usage trends to recommend stock-status and purchase-path changes • Coordinate with internal partners on inventory exposure and develop plans for inventory redeployment and returns • Apply strategic forecasting to ensure required materials are available for supplying and vending • Perform general consigned-inventory needs and special projects as assigned • Report to the Inventory Manager

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of related inventory management experience a plus • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or certification equivalency preferred • Ability to analyze inventory data and plan appropriate stocking levels • Strong problem solving and analytical thinking, planning, prioritization and execution skills • Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Teams) • Highly proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs • Data entry required • SQL and Prophet21 (P21) experience a plus • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Ability to work under deadline pressure while maintaining a professional attitude • Accuracy and attention to detail required • Ability to work with little or no supervision • Ability to reside in the United States or Canada for remote work • Access to reliable high-speed internet with minimum 50 Mbps download and upload speeds • Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distraction • May travel up to 10% of the time
