Dialogue en Route is a Switzerland-based educational organization that organizes guided school excursions, workshops and intercultural encounters focused on religious and cultural diversity, anti-discrimination and migration. It trains and deploys young peer guides, offers teacher resources and prepaid EduPasses, and coordinates visits to museums, places of worship and cultural sites while providing free and low-cost classroom materials like the 'Memories of Racism' mapping workshop and migration learning tools.

📋 Description

• Thoroughly assess clients' situations • Offer short-term guidance during an initial meeting and follow-up meetings, including assistance in career planning and development • Develop and provide resources and tools according to the client's needs • Help clients figure out their career path through individual counseling • Work closely with Sarine Moumdjian, Manager Member Services • Participate in Dialogue's multidisciplinary team

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable in French and English, both spoken and written • Member of the Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d'orientation du Québec (OCCOQ) • Part time availability of 21 hours/week min. • At least 3 years of experience as a career counselor • Experience working in a remote environment or openness to remote work • Experience working with adult clientele is an asset
