Dialogue en Route is a Switzerland-based educational organization that organizes guided school excursions, workshops and intercultural encounters focused on religious and cultural diversity, anti-discrimination and migration. It trains and deploys young peer guides, offers teacher resources and prepaid EduPasses, and coordinates visits to museums, places of worship and cultural sites while providing free and low-cost classroom materials like the 'Memories of Racism' mapping workshop and migration learning tools.

📋 Description

• Greet new patients and accompany them through their Mental Health+ and Employee Assistance Program journey • Check in and follow up on active cases • Assist physicians and psychologists with related tasks • Analyze cases and provide the best possible solutions to members • Ensure patient safety in a member-facing role • Work closely with the Manager, Member Services and a multidisciplinary team

🎯 Requirements

• Available to work a minimum of 21 hours on evenings and weekends • Able to work day and evening shifts from 6 AM to midnight, weekdays and weekends • Passion for mental health, quality of care, and improving team processes and understanding • Strong empathy, time-management, critical thinking, attention to detail, and customer service skills • Pursuing or attained a Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a mental health-related field • Strong computer skills • Experience in customer service, healthcare, or an administrative role
