📋 Description

• Install, debug, and provide technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises • Perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, adjustments, preventive maintenance, and minor product repairs within an assigned territory • Inspect products for correct operation, troubleshoot hardware and software failures using diagnostic tools, and escalate issues according to procedure • Configure and install applicable software • Install, move, add, change, and remove hardware and software products (IMAC/R) • Instruct and train customers on the usage and operation of installed hardware and software • Schedule services, complete required paperwork, and work with customers to ensure satisfaction and product understanding • Participate in hardware and software training and measures to achieve agreed KPIs • Assist with special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Education or equivalent work experience required • Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant Field Services experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Good written and verbal communication skills • Driver's license and driving record satisfying Diebold Nixdorf's fleet requirements
