📋 Description

• Install, debug, and provide technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises. • Perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, preventive maintenance, and minor product repairs within an assigned territory. • Inspect products for correct operation, troubleshoot hardware and software failures using diagnostic tools, and escalate issues according to established procedures. • Perform component-level hardware repairs. • Clean and adjust mechanical components. • Configure and install applicable software. • Refill consumables as directed. • Install, move, add, change, and remove hardware and software products. • Train customers on the usage and operation of installed hardware and software. • Complete required paperwork, schedule services, and work with customers to ensure service satisfaction and product understanding. • Participate in hardware and software training, KPI initiatives, and special projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Education or equivalent work experience required. • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements.
