📋 Description

• Install, debug, and provide technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises • Perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, minor product repairs, and preventive maintenance within an assigned territory • Inspect products for correct operation, resolve issues, and escalate according to established procedures • Schedule services, complete required paperwork, and work with customers to ensure satisfaction and understanding of product functionality • Troubleshoot hardware and software failures using diagnostic tools • Perform component-level hardware repairs and adjust mechanical components • Configure and install applicable software • Refill consumables as directed • Install, move, add, change, and remove hardware and software products • Instruct and train customers on installed hardware and software usage • Participate in hardware and software training and KPI initiatives • Assist with special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Education or equivalent work experience required • Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services • Good written and verbal communication skills • Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements
