📋 Description

• Set up appointments for BDMs to start the sales process • Work primarily with inbound leads and support outbound prospecting • Make 60-80 calls a day to Japan-based prospects (dialing in Japanese) • Work with pre-built prospect lists to introduce and qualify prospects and set discovery meetings • Use social selling and outbound sales techniques to generate meetings • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM • Follow monthly KPIs and report results to local BDMs • Secondment full-time to client; remote from ASEAN home base

🎯 Requirements

• Based in your home country in ASEAN (Home base) • Fluent in Japanese Business N2 level • English 9/10 speaking (English 2nd language) • Experience in B2B sales 1-5 years minimum • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience • B2B - IT Saas experience is preferred • A fundamental understanding of the sales process (marketing, prospecting, cold calling, sales cycle) • Skilled in social selling and outbound sales • Advanced LinkedIn skills - Sales Navigator • Standard Salesforce/ ZoomInfo skills • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior-level executives • Excellent presentation skills both verbally and written • High energy and positive attitude • Degree qualified or equivalent
