📋 Description

• Develop and manage comprehensive campaign timelines and schedules • Provide accurate estimates for small projects • Review project management software to ensure tasks are completed, quality-checked, and closed out • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve campaign objectives • Participate in client calls, meetings, and brainstorming sessions • Communicate client campaign objectives and manage internal communications for asset development • Ensure creative assets adhere to campaign aesthetics, specifications, and client brand guidelines • Download, label, and appropriately upload video and photo files • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in project management • Create and maintain project calendars, ensure deadlines are met, and manage project assets • Support Digital Media Management's social media campaigns for movie studios, television networks, streaming services, and consumer brands

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of Project Management experience in a fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities effectively • Proficiency in project management software • Experience with Monday.com and Google Sheets is a plus • Must reside in the United States • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. • Availability 9-6pm PST, Monday-Friday • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours
