📋 Description
• Lead the end-to-end management of software development projects: scope, schedule, budget, and quality. • Understand technical challenges and the realities of development to better support teams and clients. • Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction at every stage. • Strategically plan resources and upcoming workload. • Collaborate with Sales to prepare proposals and bids. • Oversee deliverables, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and contribute to project profitability. • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of development and project management processes.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of project management experience, including substantial experience in software development. • Bachelor’s degree in software, electrical, mechanical engineering, or equivalent. • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and technical environments. • Bilingual in French and English required (clients and documentation). • PMP certification: an asset. • Curious, rigorous, and willing to stay close to the technical floor to understand, challenge, and support teams.
