• Develop new markets in the welded steel structures sector • Identify and convert opportunities, managing projects from feasibility analysis through to delivery • Collaborate with production teams to ensure technical compliance and project feasibility • Negotiate contracts and ensure project profitability • Create and maintain documentation and technical tools to preserve company know-how
• Solid technical knowledge of structural and mechanical engineering • Good knowledge of steel and industrial processes (welding, cutting, drilling) • Experience reading technical drawings and estimating costs • Fluency in French, both spoken and written • English is an asset • Comfortable with computers, including strong Excel skills
