• Manage the CEO’s inbox, calendar, and meetings to ensure smooth daily operations. • Coordinate travel across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, including itineraries and logistics. • Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations for meetings. • Communicate on behalf of the CEO with internal teams and external partners. • Support special projects and business initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met. • Handle confidential information and personal tasks with discretion. • Assist with organising company meetings and events.
• 2+ years’ experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin Assistant, or in a similar role. • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail. • Proven ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism. • Confident using Google Workspace and other productivity tools. • Proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Reliable, trustworthy, and capable of working independently. • Availability to work standard Australian East Coast hours (9:00am - 5:30pm AEST).
