• Assist customers via WhatsApp with clarity, courtesy, and efficiency; • Monitor service metrics and ensure deadlines are met; • Resolve questions and issues, escalating specific cases when necessary; • Monitor the registration process and access authorizations; • Record information in an organized manner, maintaining traceability; • Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement of processes and support workflows.

• Excellent verbal and written communication • Organized and detail-oriented • Ability to analyze problems and propose practical solutions • Basic computer skills • Own required equipment: computer, stable internet connection, mobile phone, and headphones • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment • Preferred: reside in Porto Alegre or the metropolitan area.
