📋 Description
• Conduct full end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing resumes, headhunting, job postings, interviews, administering tests, and preparing assessment reports) • Manage all stages of the selection process autonomously and remotely.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in recruitment and selection • Resident of Blumenau or surrounding area • Own laptop • Availability to work during standard business hours • Preferred: currently studying for or holding a degree in HR or Psychology.
