⢠Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with AGCO Finance's business objectives. ⢠Identify, pursue, and close financing opportunities with dealers and end-user customers. ⢠Expand market penetration by developing new dealer relationships and growing existing accounts. ⢠Promote AGCO Finance products and programs to increase loan and lease volume while improving profitability. ⢠Become the trusted financing partner for AGCO dealers throughout the territory. ⢠Strengthen relationships with key dealer principals, sales teams, and major customers. ⢠Provide product expertise, training, and financing support to dealer organizations. ⢠Introduce new products and financing solutions that help dealers increase equipment sales. ⢠Structure complex financing transactions involving multiple stakeholders and unique customer requirements. ⢠Develop competitive financing proposals consistent with pricing and risk guidelines. ⢠Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer experience. ⢠Identify opportunities to improve dealer program performance and customer satisfaction. ⢠Create and execute strategic dealer account plans. ⢠Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities. ⢠Maintain regular in-person engagement with dealers and customers across the territory. ⢠Travel extensively throughout Western Canada to support business objectives.
⢠Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Agriculture, or a related field. ⢠Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, equipment finance, leasing, commercial lending, or a related industry. ⢠Strong knowledge of financing and lease products and markets. ⢠Demonstrated success in relationship management and business development. ⢠Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a field-based environment. ⢠Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ⢠Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
