📋 Description

• Analyze data sources and design models for structured and unstructured data • Perform statistical modeling, quantitative analysis, and data mining • Develop and deliver KPIs in consultation with stakeholders • Create reports and dashboards using data visualization tools • Participate in data governance initiatives and establish data quality standards and measures • Ensure high standards for data collection, recording, analysis, maintenance, storage, retrieval, and transmission • Support training and development of Data Stewards • Stay current with data architectures and assess system performance for continuous improvement • Collaborate with Information Technology to integrate data tools and resources • Provide technical assistance and direction to other Analysts resolving complex issues • Guide adoption of modern data technologies • Support organizational strategic goals and promote a data-driven culture • Report to the Manager, Data Management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Statistics, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in a similar role • Hands-on experience developing dashboards and reporting using Tableau and Tableau Prep • Strong SQL skills with relational databases such as MS SQL Server, MySQL, and MS Access • Expertise in quantitative data management and analysis, and statistical and data visualization applications such as Tableau Desktop • Knowledge of cloud-based data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake • Knowledge of data integration (ETL) platforms such as Informatica • Experience supporting Tableau AI capabilities, including evaluating new features, testing, and collaborating with business stakeholders • Experience using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot while maintaining compliance with data governance standards • Proficiency in creating, troubleshooting, and enhancing organizational data sets • Expertise using large and diverse data sets to address business issues and identify hidden patterns • Excellent writing skills and ability to develop clear, concise, comprehensive reports, briefing notes, and presentations • Strong problem-solving skills • Superior interpersonal, oral communication, and relationship management skills • Background with R, Python, and SAS is an asset • Knowledge of Salesforce reporting capabilities is an asset
