📋 Description

• Execute high-volume intake and case processing across multiple channels • Prepare and submit FNOL details for claim establishment • Review, organize, and accurately input incoming documentation and attachments • Identify and resolve missing, inconsistent, or incomplete information using defined workflows and tools • Support operational workflows by addressing routing issues, intake gaps, and system exceptions • Maintain accurate, consistent, and up-to-date data across multiple systems • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, production-driven environment while meeting daily performance targets • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient case progression • Contribute to continuous process improvements as workflows evolve with automation and AI • Report to a Supervisor, Insurance Claims Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in operations, claims intake, insurance support, or a similar high-volume environment • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes consistently • Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools simultaneously • Ability to manage time effectively and meet daily productivity expectations • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion • Experience in insurance, claims, or risk operations is a plus (but not required) • A process-driven mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive workflows with consistency • Adaptability as tools, systems, and workflows evolve with automation
