📋 Description

• Shape how to identify, structure, and scale important partner relationships across Digital Commerce Platform • Own the operating system for the partnerships organization • Define partner categories and partnership strategy • Build frameworks for when to partner, build, or buy • Drive cross-functional alignment with various teams • Ensure deals are structured for long-term value and operational success • Drive the rhythm of the business for the product partnerships team

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, management consulting, platform strategy, S&O, or similar roles • Ability to take an ambiguous partner landscape, impose structure, and turn it into a clear portfolio strategy and execution plan • Track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing partnership agreements, and structuring commercial terms • Ability to operate across a multi-product portfolio and know where partnerships create real leverage • Comfort in being the connective tissue between Product, S&O, Legal, and Finance • Proficient in using data to build pipeline views, ROI models, and partner scorecards • Bachelor’s degree; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred
