📋 Description

• Provide solution-oriented advice and legal direction from the initial stages of project development to launch. • Collaborate with business partners to manage legal risks related to product, operational, and engineering initiatives. • Develop practical guidance on issues relating to worker classification, AI and data governance, privacy, and intellectual property. • Work closely with legal team members across various disciplines for holistic legal guidance. • Build playbooks and establish processes to help scale legal advice.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years legal experience • Prior experience at an in-house legal department • Authorized to practice law in the U.S. state where located • Business-first mentality • Strong legal judgment • Ability to make decisions in an ambiguous environment • Excited to work on products incorporating AI
