📋 Description

• Running all LinkedIn recruiting ads for internal roles • Screening and filtering inbound applicants • Finding and headhunting elite Amazon operators (top 0.1 percent) • Conducting first-round interviews • Managing hiring pipelines for internal roles and client Brand Manager placements • Collaborate with leadership to define role profiles and ideal candidate criteria • Improve and streamline the recruitment funnel, screening process, and candidate tracking

🎯 Requirements

• Must have experience recruiting Amazon or e-commerce talent • Experience hiring roles such as: Brand Managers, PPC Managers, Consultants, Account Managers, Operators • 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition • Strong background in sourcing and headhunting high-skill talent • Excellent screening ability and understanding of Amazon-specific experience • Confident conducting structured interviews • Excellent English communication skills • Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and talent sourcing platforms • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple roles simultaneously
