📋 Description

• Develop and execute manual and automated test cases based on business and technical requirements • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing • Create and execute API tests using tools such as Postman and REST clients • Validate backend data integrity through SQL queries and database testing • Perform basic accessibility testing in alignment with WCAG standards • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution • Verify bug fixes and conduct retesting to ensure successful remediation • Collaborate with Software Engineers and Product teams to clarify requirements and expected outcomes • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing documentation • Support continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and best practices • Leverage AI-assisted tools and prompt engineering techniques to improve testing efficiency and coverage • Contribute to test automation initiatives and quality engineering practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • Minimum of 2 years of software quality assurance or software testing experience • Experience performing manual and automated software testing • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman • Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing • Familiarity with version control systems, including Git • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies • Preferred: Experience with test automation frameworks and tools • Preferred: Experience with test management and defect tracking platforms • Preferred: Familiarity with accessibility standards and WCAG testing • Preferred: Experience using AI-assisted testing tools, prompt engineering, or AI agents for quality assurance activities
