📋 Description

• Prepare SEC filings, including Form 10-Q, 10-K, and Proxy filings, and manage review and approval processes • Prepare or review quarterly financial statements, earnings-per-share calculations, and disclosure checklists • Manage quarterly reporting, auditor PBC requests, and auditor reviews • Prepare or review journal entries, accounting analyses, and reconciliations for stock-based compensation and equity transactions • Lead research, evaluation, and documentation of technical accounting conclusions under US GAAP • Prepare clear and concise technical accounting memoranda • Monitor accounting-standard changes and identify impacts on financial statements • Automate and improve financial reporting, technical accounting, and stock compensation processes using AI and automation tools • Monitor and revise procedures supporting effective internal controls over financial reporting and equity accounting • Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Investor Relations, Tax, Internal Audit, and external auditors

🎯 Requirements

• BA or BS in finance/accounting; CPA listed • 6–8 years of financial reporting and technical accounting experience in the technology industry and/or a public accounting firm • Experience accounting for stock-based compensation under ASC 718 at a publicly traded company • Experience with the E*TRADE Equity Edge Online platform • Strong analytical and written communication skills • Ability to balance recurring deadlines with longer-term technical projects • Proactive, integrity-driven, accountable team player • Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace • NetSuite, E*TRADE Equity Edge Online, and Clearwater experience is a plus • Experience with automation or AI, including Claude, Alteryx, Domo, or Google Apps Script, is a plus
