• Actively prospect, attract, and develop new VIP players in your region. • Ideate, create, and execute regional DraftKings Player Acquisition events. • Implement a localized go-to-market strategy and develop VIP acquisition events, promotions, and offers. • Manage and monitor the implementation of the business plan to achieve planned revenue and profits. • Contribute to net revenue, process, and compliance initiatives while executing against all VIP policies and guidelines including responsible gaming policies. • Create a Player experience that will drive high levels of brand advocacy.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of Sales or Business Development experience with high-value accounts. • Experience managing a book of high-value accounts with preferred pre-existing customer relationships. • Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment. • Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends. • Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
