📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of critical platform systems • Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and performance • Guide and mentor engineers through technical design discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices • Develop and optimize scalable applications and services using C# and .NET Core • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define technical priorities, align on milestones, and deliver platform enhancements • Build and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Bamboo • Apply DevOps, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code practices to automate application deployments and cloud infrastructure management • Troubleshoot complex issues and implement long-term solutions to improve system reliability and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience using C# and .NET Core • At least 2 years of experience leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and driving cross-functional technical initiatives • Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture, with experience designing scalable and resilient applications • Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and modern deployment strategies, including canary and blue-green deployments • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, with knowledge of DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, and GitOps methodologies • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with experience diagnosing complex system issues, supporting on-call operations, and maintaining platform reliability • Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across teams, influence technical decisions, and mentor fellow engineers • Gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency may be required as a condition of employment
