• Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality iOS applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability. • Set and uphold coding standards, architecture patterns, and best practices across the iOS engineering team. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to align technical solutions with business goals. • Mentor and coach iOS engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and technical excellence. • Monitor and optimize app performance, stability, and release processes to ensure smooth, reliable deployments. • Stay current with iOS platform updates, tools, and emerging trends, introducing innovative solutions that keep our apps ahead of the curve. • Partner with leadership to shape product roadmaps and contribute to the long-term mobile strategy. • Leverage modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI assistants) to enhance development workflows, code quality, and productivity.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any relevant combination of education, experience and training • At least 5 years of experience building and shipping iOS applications, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role. • Expert-level proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI, with deep knowledge of iOS architecture patterns such as MVVM and VIPER. • Proven ability to design scalable, modular codebases and lead large feature development from concept to release. • Strong background in API integration, data persistence, state management, and performance tuning. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and efficient release processes. • Exceptional collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing technical direction across teams. • A strategic, user-focused mindset, balancing technical innovation with delivering impactful product experiences.
