• Lead the planning and end-to-end execution of software development programs and projects. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to define priorities, scope, and work plans. • Manage schedules, cross-team dependencies, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. • Facilitate communication among the various areas involved and ensure timely follow-up on projects. • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications that enable correct implementation of solutions. • Participate in defining technical architectures and support integration and implementation efforts. • Monitor operational metrics and promote continuous improvement initiatives. • Document work plans, best practices, and project management standards. • Communicate progress, risks, outcomes, and retrospectives clearly and promptly to stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects working directly with software development teams. • 5+ years of experience in technology companies, preferably in a SaaS model. • 3+ years leading software development projects with defined schedules and delivery dates. • Proven experience with agile methodologies and iterative processes. • Experience managing complex initiatives and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. • Proficiency with project management and tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Roadmunk. • Preferred: PMP, Scrum Master, or Scaled Agile certifications. • Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Support teams. • Ability to influence and lead teams without direct authority. • Experience in large-scale software development organizations. • Ability to operate in changing environments and manage multiple priorities.
