• Manage and strengthen relationships with large broad-line distributors, serving as the primary day-to-day point of contact • Collaborate with distribution partners to optimize product reach, market penetration, and logistics efficiencies • Partner with distribution partners on marketing efforts that build OLIPOP awareness • Execute account strategies with cross-functional teams to drive mutual growth and success • Serve as a key point of contact for contract foodservice customers and partner with the Director on account strategy • Identify customer needs and recommend customized distribution solutions • Support contract negotiations and day-to-day execution, escalating high-stakes or high-cost terms to the Director • Coordinate with Foodservice and On-Premise, Supply Chain, Operations, and sales teams • Provide distribution performance, trend, and customer-feedback insights to inform strategy • Support cross-departmental efforts to address operational challenges and escalate systemic issues • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, market conditions, opportunities, and risks • Drive revenue growth within assigned accounts and markets • Contribute to initiatives that enhance the distribution network • Support the Director in shaping success for distributors and foodservice partners • Contribute to distribution strategy and align it with broader team goals • Coach, mentor, and provide day-to-day guidance to coordinators, analysts, or other individual contributors • Foster proactive problem-solving, creativity, and continuous improvement • Track and report distribution metrics, customer satisfaction, and sales performance to the Director and senior management • Analyze distribution data and recommend actionable improvements • Own monthly forecasts with the sales team, targeting 95% forecasting accuracy • Support annual business plans for distributors and customers • Conduct regular business reviews and escalate strategic account decisions to the Director
• Minimum 7 years of experience in distribution, supply chain management, and/or the foodservice industry • 2–4 years of supervisory or people-leadership experience • Experience building and maintaining relationships with large broad-liners such as PFG, Sysco, and US Foods • Experience with contract foodservice customers such as Compass, Sodexo, and Aramark • Strong knowledge of foodservice distribution systems, logistics, and supply chain management • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive outcomes in a team-oriented environment • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations • Emerging leadership capabilities, including coaching or mentoring individual contributors
