📋 Description
• Prepares, records, verifies, analyzes and reports accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions • Processes vendor invoices and posts customer payments in a timely manner • Maintains and reconciles accounts payable and accounts receivable ledger accounts, financial statements and reports • Prepares analyses and reconciliations of bill runs to detect fraud
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma • 3+ years of relevant experience • Bilingual in English and French (required) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Knowledge of accounting, banking and finance functions
