📋 Description

• Own assigned general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy, consistency, and GAAP compliance • Perform month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entry preparation and supporting documentation • Reconcile and maintain assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts • Create, upload, and modify accounting entries in the accounting system • Maintain workpapers according to GAAP and company policies and procedures • Document internal controls and complete close checklists • Build productive relationships within the accounting team and other departments • Respond accurately and promptly to internal customer requests from accounting, finance, and operations • Assist with ad hoc projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience • 3 to 5 years of accounting experience preferred • Experience obtaining and analyzing data from an ERP system; Oracle experience preferred but not required • Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Effective time management • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well on a team • Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments in a timely manner • Oracle Cloud experience is an added advantage • Active CPA license or pursuit of CPA is an added advantage • Knowledge of US GAAP standards and SOX compliance is an added advantage
