• Serve as the single point of contact between Application & Integration (A&I) and an assigned Global Customer Management (GCM) enterprise account • Own end-to-end technical delivery for the assigned client from pre-sale solution design through steady-state operations and continuous improvement • Create, document, and maintain application and integration standards for the assigned client • Ensure A&I deliverables follow global standards, templates, processes, change processes, and cross-regional frameworks • Consolidate A&I demand from all regions and translate it into structured, actionable work packages • Facilitate communication among GCM, Technical Leads, regional A&I teams, and cross-functional partners • Provide functional oversight, task allocation, technical direction, and workload management for A&I engineers • Review and approve designs, integration specifications, technical decisions, and testing strategies • Coordinate demand, resources, priorities, dependencies, risks, and timelines across regions and time zones • Provide leadership visibility into demand volume, complexity, capacity needs, and prioritization • Manage risk, issue, capacity, and escalation handling, including cross-team problem-solving • Contribute client lessons learned to global A&I methodologies, templates, best practices, and governance bodies such as the GAB • Promote simplification, reusability, standardization, and consistent delivery quality
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience • Minimum 7 years of experience in WMS implementation, application and integration management, or supply chain systems delivery • Minimum 3 years in a client-facing or account management capacity within a logistics, 3PL, or supply chain technology environment • Hands-on experience with WMS platforms such as Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Oracle WMS, or equivalent • Familiarity with EDI, API, and ERP/TMS connectivity • Ability to manage change requests end-to-end, including intake, scoping, prioritization, delivery oversight, and sign-off • Strong project management and organizational skills • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Project, or equivalent platforms • Experience serving as an external-facing SPOC for a global enterprise account • Experience managing client escalations, QBRs, and senior-level stakeholder communications • Cross-regional coordination experience across multiple time zones and geographies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting technical topics to non-technical audiences • Knowledge of global A&I standards, governance frameworks, change management processes, demand intake, and portfolio visibility tools • Ability to travel by plane and automobile 50%+
