📋 Description

• Build and execute DualEntry’s recruiting strategy across engineering, AI/ML, product, GTM, and leadership roles • Source, engage, and close exceptional candidates in competitive recruiting markets, including creative sourcing strategies • Partner with Founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, target profiles, technical assessment, and market positioning • Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and closing • Establish and continuously improve candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects DualEntry’s bar for excellence • Build and manage a repeatable recruiting process, pipeline reporting, and analytics to identify what works • Build and define our process, employer brand, and candidate pitch

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth start-ups • Deep sourcing expertise: you know how to find and attract talent beyond inbound with creative strategies • An analytical approach to identify profitable talent sources and to manage team members against KPIs • Practical and high-speed recruitment approach • Experience building recruiting functions from the ground up (candidate experience systems, ATS workflows, etc.) • C1 level of English proficiency is essential for this role • Are you willing to work hard and work (most) weekends?
