📋 Description

• Lead administration, configuration, optimization, and evolution of Dayforce HCM and the broader HR technology ecosystem • Develop and maintain an HRIS roadmap aligned with HR priorities, enterprise technology initiatives, business growth, and operational needs • Establish governance for HR system configuration, enhancements, testing, releases, documentation, and change management • Lead HRIS participation in enterprise implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, data conversions, and technology initiatives • Partner with Finance, IT, Information Security, Payroll, Benefits, Human Resources, vendors, and implementation partners • Oversee HR and employee data integrity, governance, security, access, controls, audits, and compliance activities • Lead HR technology support through the Business Operations service model and manage the Freshservice HRIS support structure • Support iCIMS and other people-related technology through administration, integrations, configuration, and optimization • Lead complex HRIS and cross-functional projects from requirements gathering through implementation, stabilization, and support • Coordinate user acceptance testing and validate solutions against business requirements • Support communication, training, rollout, and adoption of new systems, enhancements, and processes • Oversee HRIS reporting capabilities, data extracts, interfaces, and recurring reporting processes • Manage HR technology vendors, escalations, enhancement discussions, release planning, and technical coordination • Lead, develop, and support HRIS team members; distribute work across administration, projects, reporting, integrations, and user support • Build team capability through coaching, documentation, cross-training, and knowledge transfer

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in HRIS, HR technology, enterprise systems, or related systems roles • Recent experience with Dayforce or a comparable enterprise HCM platform (e.g., UKG, Oracle, Workday, SAP) • Experience leading complex system implementations, integrations, enhancements, or transformation initiatives involving multiple business functions • Experience with integrations between HR, payroll, ERP, financial, recruiting, or other enterprise systems • Strong understanding of HR data governance, system security, role-based access, integrations, testing, change management, and system controls • Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective, scalable system solutions • Experience working with technical and nontechnical stakeholders and communicating complex system concepts in clear business terms • Experience leading or developing HRIS professionals and managing competing operational and project priorities • Ability to work Pacific Time Zone business hours is required • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to work independently and partner effectively across departments in remote, hybrid, and office environments • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check • U.S. work authorization required • Preferred: Experience with Dayforce HCM, Deltek Vantagepoint, iCIMS, Freshservice, or comparable platforms • Preferred: Relevant HR, technology, or systems certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, HRIP, Dayforce, or project management certification
