📋 Description

• Lead the delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives including AI implementations and software development efforts • Partner with cross-functional teams, technical leads, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time • Define and maintain project plans including timelines, resource allocations, milestones • Drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring scope, quality, and deadlines are met • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) • Coordinate technical discussions and decisions with engineering leads and architects • Track progress using tools like Azure DevOps and Jira; provide updates to leadership • Lead retrospectives to generate actionable improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of IT project management experience • Strong foundation in Agile project management • Technical acumen • Experience in cloud-native or engineering environments • Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or Agentic AI is highly desirable • Proficiency with project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Office Suite) • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills • Strong stakeholder management, risk management, and change management skills • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to evolving requirements • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Complete alignment with Dura Digital’s values
