📋 Description

• Collaborate with engineering, product, customer support, data, and other teams • Provide production support to the CX support team • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents and provide feedback • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities • Develop complete test plans with Developers and Product Managers • Perform manual, API, and automation testing • Identify, document, and track bugs • Perform regression testing after bug resolution • Coordinate and participate in code deployment • Learn technology-dependent processes and systems across departments and identify improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of testing experience working in a QA capacity • Hands-on experience with AI tools • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools • Hands-on experience with API testing tools • Experience with various browsers and operating systems, including mobile platforms • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload • Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process • Strong communication skills • Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus • Knowledge of SQL/Postgres and scripting is a plus
