• Define and execute the company's partnership strategy aligned with overall business objectives and growth priorities • Identify and prioritize high-value partnership opportunities across healthcare data, technology, distribution, and product ecosystems • Build executive-level relationships with potential partners including healthcare, biopharma, technology, and advocacy • Lead partnership opportunity assessment including strategic fit, business case development, and ROI modeling • Develop partnership frameworks and playbooks that guide evaluation, negotiation, and activation • Create long-term partnership roadmaps that evolve with company strategy and market dynamics • Present partnership strategy and performance to board, executive team, and key stakeholders • Monitor competitive landscape and emerging partnership trends to maintain strategic advantage • Build a pipeline of partnership opportunities with clear stages, milestones, and accountability
• 15+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances • 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing partnership teams and strategy • Proven track record negotiating and closing complex, high-value partnership deals ($10M+ in value) • Deep expertise in at least two of: data partnerships, healthcare partnerships, biopharma partnerships, or technology partnerships • Experience in B2B technology, data, SaaS, or platform businesses • Strong background in deal structuring, contract negotiation, and partnership economics • Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships and influence senior stakeholders • Track record of partnerships that delivered measurable revenue, customer, or market impact
