• Own the administration, integration, and reporting layer across our marketing technology stack. • Build and maintain dashboards, attribution models, and campaign performance reports. • Manage systems and lead lifecycle from capture to sales handoff. • Collaborate with GTM teams to introduce scoring models and segmentation logic. • Identify operational gaps and design scalable processes. • Leverage AI tools to automate tasks and improve campaign velocity.
• 4–6+ years of hands-on marketing operations experience, with demonstrated proficiency in HubSpot. • Working knowledge of CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus). • Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude a plus). • Proven track record building integrations between marketing and sales systems. • Understand how data flows through a tech stack and develop monitoring practices. • Confidence in reports and dashboards developed, ability to explain patterns. • Experience with AI tools and agents for improving marketing workflows. • Familiarity with B2B go-to-market motion, particularly in both enterprise/managed service and product-led self-service channels.
