• Develop and execute a comprehensive ad sales strategy for our offerwall product. • Identify, prospect, and secure new advertising partnerships with relevant brands and agencies. • Manage and nurture existing relationships with advertising partners to maximize revenue and ensure ongoing collaboration. • Negotiate advertising rates and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company. • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, etc.) to optimize the offerwall platform for ad performance and user experience. • Monitor ad performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings. • Forecast ad revenue and provide regular updates to senior management. • Represent the company at industry events and conferences. • Build and maintain a strong understanding of our target audience and their preferences.
• 5+ years of experience in ad sales, preferably within the offerwall, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing space. • Proven track record of exceeding ad revenue targets. • Strong understanding of the offerwall ecosystem and its key players. • Existing network of contacts within the advertising industry is a significant advantage. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Highly organized and detail-oriented. • Passion for the digital advertising industry.
