📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate financial work efforts that provide divisional leadership with analytical insights, financial discipline, and business outputs • Identify and prioritize financial strategies and create actionable outputs aligned with company strategic goals • Develop holistic financial strategies and plans using customer and consumer insights • Support development of divisional strategic positions and represent them within the division • Build and manage internal partner relationships to drive financial analyses focused on business strategies and opportunities • Lead annual and long-term financial planning efforts and analyses • Collaborate on financial and qualitative analyses and thought leadership at departmental and multi-function divisional levels • Drive financial innovation and stewardship through collaboration with internal stakeholders • Partner with internal clients to define problems, articulate visions, quantify financial impacts, and realize benefits • Develop, evaluate, and implement ideas to minimize financial impacts of existing or emerging business issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) • 5+ years of experience in a related field • In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in a related field • At this time, Blue Cross NC will not sponsor employment authorization for this position • Executive presence when engaging with senior leadership • Ability to communicate financial insights clearly and effectively • Sound critical thinking and analytical problem-solving capabilities • Demonstrated adaptability and agility in evolving business environments
