📋 Description

• Wildfires are a $20 trillion dollar crisis. At Earth Force, we're developing cutting-edge technology that dramatically increases the pace and scale of fuels reduction and forest thinning activities. • We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead a small team at Earth Force maintaining a collection of hardware deployments across several different projects and remote job sites in the US West. • Managing HW fleet purchasing, supplier, and vendor management including finalizing mechanical drawings and specification.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with heavy equipment in industries such as forestry, agriculture, or construction. • Mechanical and Electrical skills, including knowledge of power systems, wiring, cable management, and mounting techniques. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges in field environments. • Familiarity with safety practices and protocols when working around heavy machinery. • Excellent interpersonal skills for working with operators and internal teams. • Physical competence around forestry hardware and ability to lift heavy objects. 65lb military press. • Willingness to travel and enjoyment of rural communities. 25-50% travel expectation
