📋 Description

• Partner closely with executive leadership and teams across Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering • Drive strategic initiatives from analysis through execution • Tackle high-priority and complex business challenges • Analyze business performance and support strategic planning • Develop new initiatives • Create investor and board materials • Drive operational improvements • Apply investment banking, private equity, or management consulting analytical skills in a hands-on operating environment

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills • Experience building financial models, business analyses, and data-driven recommendations • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure and solve ambiguous, complex business problems • Ability to synthesize complex operational, financial, and strategic information into clear recommendations and executive-level communications • Experience creating high-quality presentations and materials for senior executives, boards, investors, or clients • Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides and Excel or Google Sheets
