📋 Description

• Ensure optimal listing health across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. • Regularly update product listings to enhance visibility and conversion rates. • Create and manage A+ content for brand differentiation. • Develop and implement meta tags and keyword strategies for improved search rankings. • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. • Handle customer inquiries and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels. • Manage and respond to product reviews, encouraging positive feedback. • Analyze sales performance and generate reports to track KPIs and identify areas for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in eCommerce management, particularly on Amazon. • Familiarity with eBay and Walmart is a plus. • Strong knowledge of listing optimization, keyword research, and content creation. • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Outlook. • Experience with Helium10 for keyword research and listing optimization. • Basic knowledge of Canva for graphic design is required; proficiency in Photoshop is a plus. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Effective communication and customer service skills.
