• Conduct discovery calls and product demos with real estate brokers and agents • Present and sell AI-powered CRM solutions tailored to client needs • Handle objections and negotiate pricing and terms • Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets • Follow up with warm and qualified leads • Maintain accurate pipeline and deal tracking in CRM • Collaborate with appointment setters and sales team • Provide feedback to improve sales strategy and messaging
• Proven experience as a Sales Closer / Account Executive / High-Ticket Sales • Experience in Real Estate, SaaS, CRM, or AI sales is highly preferred • Strong closing and negotiation skills • Comfortable conducting Zoom demos and sales presentations • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) • Experience working with US clients preferred • Self-motivated and results-driven • Ability to work in EST timezone • Nice to Have: Experience selling CRM systems, real estate industry experience, SaaS or AI product sales experience, high-ticket or consultative sales experience.
