📋 Description
• Serve as a trusted Advisor to clients • Fully engage with clients as the subject matter expert to develop recommendations • Create clear and comprehensive specifications for implementation to meet client’s requirements • Define and document client’s specific business needs and application requirements • Create process diagrams, use cases, gap analysis, and functional design document • Oversee Quality Assurance function • Work with databases, web services, Java and other technologies as required
🎯 Requirements
• Some Experience • Technical knowledge of (TRIRIGA, Archibus, ServiceNow) • Strong customer relationship skills • Ability to troubleshoot customer installation issues • Experience in creating functional design documents and reporting specifications • Collaborating with Application Development team.
