📋 Description

• Design, develop and execute multi-channel marketing programs that drive advisor engagement and connect employees with relevant financial support • Analyze program and advisor engagement performance to identify opportunities and optimize marketing effectiveness • Develop understanding of employee financial needs, behaviors and preferences to define audience segments • Translate audience needs into relevant positioning, messaging and marketing experiences • Partner with Engagement Center, Product, Analytics and other cross-functional teams to gather insights and optimize marketing programs • Support project management of other Integrated Marketing programs as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of consistent track record delivering compelling and impactful work in relatable roles • Experience in the financial services industry preferred • Passion for research and a dedication and desire to understand users and their preferences • Creative thinker/storyteller able to bring new, outside-the-box ideas • Strong writing skills, including an ability to simplify complex concepts • Experience collaborating with creative partners such as writers and designers • Ability to develop successful cross-functional partnerships within and outside of marketing • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to ensure projects are led effectively and efficiently • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or another related field, or equivalent work experience
