📋 Description

• Review and quality check curriculum-aligned Ontario Science questions and answers • Peer-check content to ensure it meets quality standards • Check scientific accuracy, identify issues and apply feedback to improve content quality • Provide input on question design and assessment elements • Review a lesson from a student’s perspective to assess the learning experience • Help develop high-quality digital learning resources aligned with the Grade 9 SNC1W curriculum • Support assessments that help teachers identify learning gaps and plan interventions

🎯 Requirements

• Ontario Certified Teacher with at least two years of experience teaching the Grade 9 Ontario Science curriculum (SNC1W), or proven subject-matter expertise in the Ontario Science curriculum • Experience reviewing, editing, publishing or creating digital educational content • Experience with curriculum review, assessment design or instructional design • Experience writing equations using LaTeX or similar tools • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure scientific accuracy and consistent content quality • Enjoy developing educational resources and assessments • Excellent time-management skills and ability to work independently • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with technology • Resume and brief cover letter outlining relevant teaching experience, curriculum expertise and suitability for the project

• Flexible schedule accommodating approximately 10–14 hours per week • $100 CAD onboarding payment • Payment based on completed question sets • Total payment of $2,700 CAD for completing all 26 question sets, including onboarding
