📋 Description

• Assist in sourcing and screening job applicants using various recruitment platforms and databases. • Support the coordination of interviews, including scheduling, sending reminders, and maintaining interview calendars. • Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate, up-to-date information and ensure data confidentiality. • Prepare offer letters, onboarding documents, and other HR-related correspondence under supervision. • Conduct preliminary background checks and verify candidate credentials as required. • Support the creation and distribution of job postings across job boards, social media, and company websites. • Assist in organizing and managing employee orientation and onboarding activities. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment during the recruitment process. • Monitor recruitment metrics and assist in generating periodic reports on hiring progress. • Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all documentation, communications, and administrative tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (final year students may also apply). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language(s) as applicable. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS or ATS platforms is a plus. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive employee and candidate information. • Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and take initiative in supporting HR operations. • Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous improvement.
