• 8–12+ years of experience in customer success, partnerships, or account management — ideally in EdTech. • You’ve successfully managed and scaled teams of client-facing professionals. • You have a track record of driving renewals, upsells, and partner satisfaction across a portfolio. • You bring executive presence and can confidently influence senior university leaders. • You’re both strategic and analytical — skilled at turning insights into action. • You’ve worked in higher education, enrollment management, or SaaS environments. • You’re highly adaptable, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love leading with purpose. • You’re open to travel (up to 45%) and are based near a major travel hub.
